Point
・It is better to use a small spoon.
・When making aemono, it is recommended to cut it into 5-8 mm wide pieces.
・When stir-frying or simmering, we recommend cutting it into 1-1.6 cm wide pieces.
・Bitterness can be suppressed more by rubbing in the same amount of sugar as salt.
・When storing goya in the freezer, it is a good idea to drain it before putting it in a storage bag.
