- Pasta (boiled for 5 minutes) : 100g
- Ochazuke seaweed : 1 bag
- (A) Butter : 8g
- (A) Soy sauce : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) water : 250ml
- (A)オリーブオイル : 小さじ1
- black pepper : moderate amount

Divide the pasta in half, fold each half in half and place in a heatproof container.
Add (A) and heat in a 600W microwave oven for 9 minutes without wrapping. -

Mix ochazuke seaweed

Take out 1 and mix with ochazuke seaweed.
Finished with black pepper.
Point
・Use pasta with a smooth surface for a non-sticky finish.
・It is easier to fold the pasta in half. Folding makes it easier to eat with chopsticks.
・Tupperware or a bowl can be used as a heat-resistant container.
・Delicious with wasabi.
If you don't have butter, you can substitute the same amount of olive oil.
