- shiitake mushroom : 1 pack
- 豚肉 : 200g
- Japanese leek : 適量
- (A)しょうゆ : 大さじ2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ2
- (A)酒 : 大さじ2
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ2
- (A)輪切り唐辛子 : 1つまみ
- 油 : 大さじ1
Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and separate the stems.
Cut the stem in half lengthwise and the cap in half.
If the pork is large, use kitchen scissors to cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Insert a knife in half lengthwise and cut the spring onion into large pieces.
Put (A) in a container and mix.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the pork and fry.
When the pork is about 80% cooked, add the shiitake mushrooms.
When the shiitake mushrooms are cooked, add the sauce and green onions and stir-fry.
When the alcohol in the sauce evaporates and the sauce thickens, it's done.
・If there is dirt on the shiitake mushroom, wipe it off with a wet towel instead of washing it with water.
・For pork, use chopped pork thigh meat. You can substitute the part of your choice.
・If the pork is already bite-sized, you can use it as it is without cutting it.
・If you also use the green part of the green onion, the color will be better.
