Procedure

    Remove the stem and skin from the garlic.

・As a guideline, 1/5 teaspoon of salt is about 1 to 2 pinches with your fingers.
・Mix the egg mixture thoroughly into the chicken thighs.
・By frying one side at a time while being exposed to the air, it will be chewy.
・By resting at room temperature for 1 minute before frying twice, the inside will be cooked through.
・It's delicious even if you add lemon juice to your liking and change the taste.
・The required time does not include the time for soaking.
