- (B) Soy sauce (for soup stock) : 小さじ1
- (B) Liquor : 大さじ1
- (B) Mirin (for soup stock) : 大さじ1
- (B) Katsuobushi (for soup stock) : 4g
- (B) Umami seasoning (for soup stock) : 5振り
- (B) salt : 小さじ1/2
- 冷凍うどん : 1玉
- 長ネギ : 1/4本(30g)
- 七味 : 適量

・For boiled udon, omit heating in the microwave.
