  • (A) Soy sauce (for fried tofu) : 大さじ1
  • (A) Mirin (for fried tofu) : 大さじ3
  • (A) Umami seasoning (for fried tofu) : 1振り
  • (A) Katsuobushi (for fried tofu) : 1g
  • 水(出汁用) : 350cc
  • (B) Soy sauce (for soup stock) : 小さじ1
  • (B) Liquor : 大さじ1
  • (B) Mirin (for soup stock) : 大さじ1
  • (B) Katsuobushi (for soup stock) : 4g
  • (B) Umami seasoning (for soup stock) : 5振り
  • (B) salt : 小さじ1/2
  • 冷凍うどん : 1玉
  • 長ネギ : 1/4本(30g)
  • 七味 : 適量

Procedure

・You can use the green part or the white part of the green onion, but the green part looks better.
・It is recommended to grind the bonito flakes so that they do not need to be filtered.
・If you are concerned, you can strain the bonito powder.

・For boiled udon, omit heating in the microwave.
