- 薄力粉 : 150g

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk.
Add granulated sugar and mix.
Add milk and mix.
Sift in the cake flour and mix.
Put in a colander and filter.
Add melted unsalted butter and mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour. -

Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add oil.
Add 1, spread and bake.
When the edge of the dough turns brown, flip it over and bake for 6 seconds.
