- 牛肉 : 150g
- 冷凍うどん : 1玉
- うどんスープ : 1 bag and 1/2 bag
- 生姜(スライス) : 2~3枚
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1
- 水 : 400cc
- 万能ネギ : 適量
- 三つ葉 : 適量
- 卵 : 1個

Add water and udon soup base and heat.
Add sugar and bring to a boil, add beef and loosen.
Bring water to a boil in a pot and boil the frozen udon noodles.
Remove the scum and reduce the heat when the meat is cooked through. -

・冷凍うどんは乾麺、ゆで麺でも可。
・生姜は牛肉の臭みを消す効果がある。
・牛肉は煮込み過ぎず、火を通す程度で良い。
・お好みで七味唐辛子をかけても良い。
・スープにご飯を加えると肉吸い雑炊にアレンジ出来る。
