    Peel the garlic cloves, beat them and mince them.
    Tear the cabbage into easy-to-eat pieces, and beat the core.
    Tear the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
    Finely chop the anchovies with a knife.

Point

・I use 1.4mm pasta that has been boiled for 5 minutes.
・I used canned anchovies, but you can use a paste tube if you don't have any.
・If you don't have anchovies, you can substitute fish sauce (nam pla) + umami seasoning, but it's difficult to adjust the taste.
・Adjust the heat so that the water disappears in 4 minutes and 30 seconds after adding the pasta.
・ Add olive oil (for finishing) at the end to bring out the flavor.
