  • milk : 400ml
  • sugar : 5 tablespoons

Procedure

  5. 5) 牛乳寒天液を型に入れる 07:05

    型に4を流し入れる。
    細かく切ったキウイを入れる。
    粗熱を取って冷蔵庫で2時間冷やす。

  6. 6) 仕上げる 07:35

    5の型の周りにナイフを入れて1周させる。
    お皿を被せて裏返し、揺すってお皿に乗せて完成。

Point

・This is the amount for one 15 cm cake mold.
