- (A)ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)白だし : 大さじ1/2
- (B)冷たい水 : 200ml
- (B)塩 : 小さじ1/3
- (B)白だし : 大さじ2
- (B)にんにくチューブ : 小さじ1

Add somen noodles to boiling water (not listed) and boil for the indicated time.
Wash well under running water, remove slime, drain and place on a plate. -

Point
