- Sesame oil (for meat miso) : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Miso : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ2
- (A) Liquor : 大さじ1
- (A) Grated ginger : 1かけ
- (A) grated garlic : 1かけ
- ごま油(仕上げ用) : 大さじ1/2
- 青ネギ : 1本分
- 卵黄 : 1個
- 焼き海苔 : 適量
- ラー油 : 適量
- そうめん : 2束

Drizzle sesame oil (for meat miso).
Add minced pork and cook for 3-4 minutes while loosening.
Add (A) and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the seasonings are absorbed and the oil becomes transparent.
