Remove chili seeds.
Crush the garlic with a knife and finely chop.
Cut the block bacon into 5mm wide cubes. -

Add garlic and sauté over low heat.
Add the chili peppers and transfer the aroma to the olive oil.
Take out the garlic and chilli.
Spread the olive oil in a frying pan, add the block bacon and add a grill mark.
Add the bean sprouts, (A) and garlic and fry. -
