- fried tofu : 2 sheets
- 長ネギ : 7〜8cm
- (A) Noodle soup : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) sugar : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Water : 大さじ5〜6
- そうめん : 3束
- めんつゆ : 適量
- 白すりごま : 適量
- 生姜のすりおろし : 適量
- 七味唐辛子 : 適量
