- pasta : 100g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- 豚肩ロース : 80〜100g
- ミニトマト : 6個
- ニンニク : 1欠片
- 万能ネギ : 適量
- オリーブオイル : 大さじ1と1/2
- 唐辛子の輪切り : 1つまみ
- 水 : 400〜500cc
- 中華だし : 小さじ1と1/2
- カレー粉 : 小さじ2
- 中濃ソース : 小さじ2

Prepare the ingredients

Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
Wash cherry tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into quarters.
Cut pork shoulder loin into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors. -

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and chili pepper slices.
Add pork shoulder loin and onions and fry.
When the fire goes through, add water, cherry tomatoes, and Chinese soup stock and bring to a boil over high heat.
Add the pasta.
Add the curry powder and medium thick sauce and heat for 3-5 minutes until the broth is gone. -
