Cut off both ends of the apple and cut into 1cm wide slices.
Cut out the core using a cookie cutter. -

Cut the frozen puff pastry sheet lengthwise into 1.5-1.8cm wide pieces.

Take one pie sheet from step 2 and gently stretch it with your hands so that the thickness is halved.
Attach the edge of the rolled out pie sheet to the inside of the apple core from step 1 and wrap it around the apple.
Add the pastry sheet and wrap it all around the apple.
Wrap the remaining apples in the same way.
Arrange on a baking sheet. -

Point
・Ingredients are for 5 pieces.
・The apples in the video are Kogyoku, but you can use any variety you like.
・Using only egg yolks will give a nicer shine than whole eggs.
・You can use whole eggs for the glaze.
・If you don't have a cookie cutter when cutting out the core of the apple, use a knife to core it.
・The size of the core to be hollowed out is 3 to 4 cm in diameter.
・Use 3 to 4 puff pastry sheets for one apple.
・Cinnamon powder is optional.
