- minced chicken : 200g

- (A) Tomato juice : 300ml
- (A) Tomato puree : 大さじ2
- (A)Consommé : 少々
- (A) Sake : 50ml
- (A)Water : 50ml
- (A) Ketchup : 大さじ2
- (A) Salt : 少々
- (A) Pepper : 少々
- 生米 : 2合

Add 1, minced chicken, and olive oil to a frying pan and stir-fry.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry.

Add (A) and mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. -
