- Grilled seaweed : 2 sheets
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1
- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- 炒りごま : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量

Prepare the roasted seaweed

Tear the roasted seaweed by hand.

Mix sugar and salt.

Heat the frying pan.
Add 1 and dry roast.

Point
・We use whole roasted seaweed.
・You can use thin or moist roasted seaweed.
-Using sugar improves the texture.
・Coarse salt is used.
・Pour water (not listed) into a frying pan, heat it, and when it evaporates, the frying pan is hot enough.
・After completion, store in a zippered bag.
- You can also sprinkle it on cheese toast or put it in a seaweed bento box.
