- (A) Light flour : 50g
- (A) Cocoa powder : 15g
- (A)Baking powder : 2g

Place beaten eggs, granulated sugar, and melted butter (unsalted) in a bowl and mix well.
Sift (A) into a bowl and mix.
Add some chocolate chips and mix. -

Take the dough out onto a counter and divide it into 6 pieces.
Press lightly with your hands to form a flat shape.
Place the remaining chocolate chips on the baking sheet on top of the dough. -

Bake in air fryer at 170℃ for 8 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the air fryer and remove from heat.
Repeat this until completed.
Point
・Ingredients are for 6 5cm round cakes ・When baked in the air fryer, the dough will rise 2cm to the top.
・Air fryers can be baked without preheating.
・The air fryer in the video is compact, so I baked it in two batches, but if you use a larger air fryer, you can bake it in one batch.
