Ingredients
- firm tofu : 300g

- (C) Mayonnaise (for nuggets) : 大さじ1
- (C) Potato starch : 大さじ5
- (C) Soy sauce : 小さじ1/2
- (C) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
- (C)Grated ginger : 小さじ1/2
- (C) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
- サラダ油 : 適量
- (A) Ketchup : 大さじ2
- (A) Yakiniku sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Pepper : 適量
- (B) Mayonnaise (for mustard sauce) : 大さじ1
- (B) Mustard : 大さじ1

Add (A) to a small container and mix.

Add (B) to a small container and mix.

Drain the firm tofu

Lay kitchen paper on top of the bat.
Place firm tofu on top and wrap with kitchen paper.
Use another piece of kitchen paper to cover the top and wrap it further.
Place the weighted bat on top.
Drain in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove kitchen paper.
Prepare a new bat and line it with two layers of kitchen paper.
Place the drained firm tofu and place two sheets of kitchen paper on top.
Press down on top and wipe off any excess moisture. -

Pour salad oil into a frying pan and heat it.
Turn the heat to medium, spread the salad oil all over, and warm it up for 1 minute.
Turn the heat down to low and scoop out the ingredients from step 4 with a spoon and drop them into the frying pan.
Reduce heat to medium and fry for 2 minutes until golden brown, then flip.
Fry the other side for 2 minutes and remove it to a draining tray.
Fry the rest in the same way.
Drain the oil for 3 minutes on an oil draining vat and it's done.
Point
・Equivalent to 14 nuggets.
・Using firm tofu gives it a chewy texture and a delicious finish.
・During step 2, you can add honey to make honey mustard sauce.
・The time required to drain the firm tofu is not included in the required time.
・When heating the salad oil in step 5, dip the spoon used in step 4 into the oil first to make it easier to drop into the frying pan.
・You can use canned tuna with or without oil depending on your preference, but be sure to remove the moisture well.
