  • macaroni : 80g

Procedure

  1. 1) マカロニを茹でる 01:00

    Boil water (not included in the recipe) in a pot and add salt (not included in the recipe).

    ハムを半分に切り斜め切りにする。
    玉ねぎの水気を切る。

    フライパンにこめ油と2のニンニクを強火にかける。
    弱火にかえて焦がす寸前まで炒めてお皿にとる。
    こめ油の入ったフライパンに2のハムを加えて炒める。
    さらに1のマカロニを加えて炒める。
    さらに砂糖をかけて水(分量外)を加えて炒める。
    火を止めてボウルに移し5分程おく。

  4. 4) 和える 06:17

    Add (A) to bowl 3.
    Add the onion, cucumber and carrot from step 2 and mix.
    Add the corn and Worcestershire sauce and toss.
    Sprinkle with green laver and salt (not included in the recipe) and mix.

Point
