板チョコレート : 50g
無塩バター : 70g
牛乳 : 50ml
砂糖 : 36〜40g
卵 : 2個
ホットケーキミックス : 70g
ココアパウダー : 15g

Procedure

1) 下準備をする 01:19
耐熱ボウルに無塩バター、牛乳を入れる。
板チョコレートを割り入れる。
600Wの電子レンジで1分～1分20秒加熱する。
泡立て器で混ぜる。
卵を割り入れて、よく混ぜる。
2) 生地を作る 02:04
Add pancake mix and cocoa powder to another bowl and mix well with a whisk.
Add to 1 and mix.
3) 焼く 02:26
Pour 2 into the mold.
Drop the mold from the top several times to remove air.

Point

・オーブンは、工程1の電子レンジで加熱後に、170度に予熱しておく。
・型にクッキングシートを敷いておく。
・卵は常温に戻しておく。
・ココアパウダーは無糖のものを使用している。
・縦8.6cm横18cm高さ6.3cmパウンド型を使用している。
・オーブンにより加熱時間が変わるため、様子を見ながら加熱する。
・工程3で、オーブンで10～12分経ったら、生地の表面に包丁で切れ目を入れると綺麗に焼ける。
・焼き上がり後に竹串をさして生の生地がつかないか確認する。
・砂糖を54〜60gにしてもよい。
