- (A)顆粒だし : 小さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)オリーブオイル : 小さじ2
- ご飯 : 1合分(330g~350g)
- (B)鰹の削り節 : 1パック
- (B)すりごま : 小さじ2
- (B)いりごま : 小さじ2

Wash the spinach with water.
Wrap in plastic wrap and place on a heatproof plate.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
