Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh : 300g
  • Green curry paste : 50g
  • Coconut milk : 400ml
  • (A) Water : 300ml

  • Kaffir lime leaves : 3-4 sheets
  • Coriander : 1 pack
  • Boiled bamboo shoots : 150g
  • Shimeji : 2 pack
  • Red pepper : 1-2

  • Jasmine rice : 3 go
