Ingredients
- crab stick : Appropriate amount
- 卵 : 2個
- エノキ : Appropriate amount
- 三つ葉 : 適量
- 水 : 1000cc
- Dashi soup pack : 2 packs
- (A) Soy sauce : 50cc
- (A)Mirin : 50cc
- (A) Salt : 小さじ1
- 冷凍うどん : 1人前
- 酒溶き片栗粉 : 適量

Loosen the crab sticks by hand.Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.
Cut off the root of the enoki mushrooms, loosen them, and cut them into 2 equal parts.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them. -

Put the dashi pack into the pot from Step 1.
Add (A) and heat for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Boil the frozen udon noodles in a separate pot containing hot water (not listed in ingredients).
Add enoki mushrooms and crab sticks to the pot containing the dashi pack and heat further.
Lower the heat and add the sake dissolved potato starch little by little, stirring each time.
Add the eggs while stirring in the pot. -

Put the drained udon noodles into a bowl.
Place the crab sticks on top.
Complete with mitsuba.
Point
・You can use your favorite mushrooms instead of enoki mushrooms.
・Hold the tips of the enoki mushrooms and loosen the roots with metal chopsticks.
-If you crack the egg on a flat surface, it will be difficult for the shell to enter.
・Because there wasn't enough crab sticks, I added some more in step 2.
・Sake-mixed potato starch is a mixture of equal amounts of sake and potato starch.
