- Matcha powder (for dough) : 8g(小さじ3)

- (A) Sugar : 45g (4 tablespoons)
- Whipped cream : 250ml (1 cup)

Add milk and mix.
Sift in the flour and mix.
Separate the eggs into yolks and whites, then add the yolks and mix.
