Tear the frozen puff pastry into small pieces into a bowl.
Add salad oil and water to a bowl.
Heat in a 500w microwave for 1 minute and mix.
Mix as if kneading and heat again for 1 minute.
Beat the eggs and add them to the bowl in 3 batches.
Leave some of the beaten egg aside. -

クッキングシートに生地を絞る。
生地の表面に2の溶き卵を薄く塗り天板にのせる。
アルミホイルを被せて1000wのトースターで15〜20分焼く。
アルミホイルを外して5分焼く。
粗熱を取る。 -

Point
・I use a whip that just squeezes.
・Cut frozen pie sheets into small pieces to prevent uneven heating.
・After heating the frozen puff pastry, mix until the water evaporates and the mixture becomes firm as shown in the video.
・The second time you add the beaten egg, add it until it turns a little brown.
・When adding the beaten egg for the third time, add it when it becomes sticky and smooth.
・In step 2, squeeze the dough onto a cookie sheet to about 5cm.
・The time required does not include the time to take a fever.
