Procedure

    フライパンに水(分量外)を入れて、沸騰させる。
    極弱火にして、キッチンペーパーを2枚敷き、耐熱容器を乗せる。
    全体を覆うようにアルミホイルを被せて、15分~20分加熱する。
    粗熱を取る。
    冷蔵庫で3時間冷やす。
