Mix by cutting with curd.

Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it sit for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, use a card to scoop up the dough from below and knead it, then let it rest for another 10 minutes.
Repeat the same process of kneading and letting it rest twice.
Let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. -

Point
