- 木綿豆腐 : 300g
- 鶏ひき肉 : 100g
- 乾燥ひじき : 大さじ2
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ3
- めんつゆ(4倍濃縮) : 大さじ2
- 油 : 適量

具材を混ぜる

Place all ingredients except oil into a plastic bag.
Mix from the top of the plastic bag. -

焼く

Add about 2mm of oil to a frying pan.
Put 1 into the frying pan and spread it in a circular pattern.
Cook over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes, then cut into 4 portions and flip over.
Cook the other side for about 4 minutes and it's done.
Point
・火を付けていない冷たい状態のフライパンに、油と生地を入れてから火を付けるようにする。
・包丁もまな板も使わずに出来る、お手軽な時短メニューとなっている。
・お豆腐を使用しているので、低カロリーで節約にもなる。
