Ingredients

  • 豚バラ肉 : 170~180g
  • 塩胡椒 : 適量
  • バター : 8g
  • にんにく : 2片
  • なす : 3本(240~250g)
  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ2
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ1
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)酢 : 小さじ1と1/2
  • (A)うま味調味料 : 3振り
  • 黒胡椒 : 適量
  • 乾燥パセリ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 具材の下準備をする 02:06

    にんにくの皮を剥いて、厚く切る。
    なすのヘタを切り落とし、ガクに沿って切る。
    なすを半分に切って、斜めに切る。
    なすの断面を上に向け、両面に塩胡椒をふる。
    キッチンペーパーでなすの両面の水分を拭き取る。
    豚バラ肉を食べやすい大きさに切る。
    豚バラ肉に塩胡椒をふる。

  2. 2) 炒める 08:54

    Heat a frying pan, spread out the pork belly, and stir-fry.
    Add butter and fry until browned.
    Take out the pork belly.
    Remove all but 2 tablespoons of the oil that came out during frying.
    Add garlic and fry.
    When it is browned, remove the garlic.
    Add eggplant and fry.
    When it's grilled, add (A), add the pork belly back in and stir-fry.

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 14:30

Point
