- ツナ缶 : 1缶(70g)
- トマト : 2個
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個(100g)
- 炒りごま : 小さじ1
- 砂糖 : 小さじ2
- 塩 : 小さじ1/2
- 醤油 : 大さじ1/2
- Black pepper : 適量

Peel the onion while soaking it in water (not included in the recipe).
Thinly slice the onion with a slicer and place in a bowl.
Add sugar and rub in.
Rinse the onion with water (not included) and squeeze out the water.
Wipe the onions dry with kitchen paper and place in a bowl.
Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Place the tomatoes in the bowl with the onions. -

Add the canned tuna with the oil and mix.
Add the roasted sesame seeds and black pepper and mix. -

・Serves 1-2.
- Use oil-type canned tuna.
- Slicing the onion thinly across the vertical fibers will make it softer and help remove the spiciness.
- Rubbing onions with sugar will remove the moisture and eliminate the spiciness.
・If using canned tuna, add olive oil.
・It's best to eat it within 2 days.
-You can also add it to soups, pasta, or toasted bread.
