Add sliced cheese and submerge in liquid.
Heat over medium heat, stirring.
Once the liquid has solidified, reduce the heat to low and heat for 2 minutes, stirring quickly. -

Drop the mold several times to remove air.
Cover the dough tightly with plastic wrap to prevent air from entering, and remove any rough heat.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. -

Point
・I use a 15cm cake mold.
・Make sure to use a mold with a bottom.
・You may use a Tupperware instead of a cake mold.
- Lightly coat the mold with salad oil.
・You may use your favorite sugar instead of granulated sugar.
・Use coconut fine according to your preference.
・In step 1, I use a silicone whisk to avoid damaging the frying pan.
-If you don't have a silicone whisk, use a rubber spatula to mix.
・You can use cheddar cheese instead of sliced cheese.
・The time required to recover from fever is not included in the required time.
- Cooling time in the refrigerator is not included in the required time.
- If the cake and mold do not separate when shaken in step 3, use a knife to create a gap.
