Ingredients

  • キャベツ : 1/4個(約250g)
  • (A)豚ひき肉 : 200g
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)しょうがのすりおろし : 少量
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)片栗粉 : 大さじ1
  • (A)ごま油 : 大さじ1
  • 水 : 大さじ2

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 01:14

    キャベツの芯を切り取る。
    葉を手で剥がして、洗う。
    葉に付いている、固い芯の部分も切り取る。
    葉の部分は、耐熱皿に移しサランラップをして600wの電子レンジで3分加熱する。
    加熱した葉の部分の、粗熱を取る。

  2. 2) 焼売のタネを作る 03:02

    1のキャベツの芯を、粗みじん切りにする。
    ボウルに(A)を入れて、粘り気が出るまで混ぜる。
    刻んだキャベツの芯を加える。
    揉み込むように、全体を混ぜ合わせる。
    ヘラで10等分に分ける。

  3. 3) 焼売を包む 05:08

    Apply a thin layer of oil (not listed) to your hands.
    Form 2 into a round shape by hand.
    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan.
    Wrap the seeds in a large cabbage leaf.
    Place wrapped end down in the frying pan.
    Place the remaining cabbage leaves in the empty space in the frying pan.

    Light a frying pan and heat over high heat.
