Ingredients

  • Salad oil : 30g
  • (A) Milk : 30g
  • (A) Vanilla extract : 小さじ1

  • (B) Vanilla extract : 小さじ1
  • いちご : 1パック

Procedure

  1. 1) 生地を作る 00:07

    Separate the eggs into yolks and whites and place each in separate bowls.
    After loosening the egg yolk and mixing, add the salad oil and mix thoroughly.
    Add (A) and mix, then add rice flour and mix thoroughly until there is no powdery consistency.
    Beat the egg whites in a bowl with a hand mixer, and when the mixture becomes white and foamy, add 1/3 of the cane sugar and mix again.
    When the foam becomes fine, add the remaining half of the cane sugar and mix. When it becomes thick, add the remaining sugar and mix thoroughly until it forms peaks.
    Add one scoop of meringue to the bowl of egg yolks with a rubber spatula and mix evenly with a whisk.
    Pour the mixture into the bowl containing the meringue and mix with a rubber spatula.

    大きめの容器に氷水を張り、ボウルに(B)を加え氷水の上にボウルを置いてツノが立つまでしっかり泡立てる。

    生地を縦方向に置き、自分から奥側の生地端を斜めに切り落とす。
    ホイップクリームを適量乗せ、平らに塗り広げる。
    手前側にいちごを並べ、いちごを囲むように生クリームを塗る。
    手前側からいちごのある部分のみ巻き、形を整えはみ出た生クリームは塗り広げる。
    いちごを手前のいちごと等間隔になるように2列並べ、その上にクリームを乗せて塗る。
    一番奥まで巻き切り、手で軽く抑えながら形を整える。
    両端の穴部分に生クリームを塗り、クッキングシートで巻いて冷蔵庫で1時間寝かせる。
    取り出したら両端を切り落とし、残ったホイップクリームといちごで表面をデコレーションして完成。

Point

・Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
・Rice flour is used in the video, but you can also use soft flour instead.
