  • 新玉ねぎ : 1玉(350g)
  • 生姜 : 20g
  • 輪切り唐辛子 : ひとつまみ
  • ごま油 : 大さじ1
  • 小ネギ : 大さじ3
  • (A)めんつゆ : 200ml
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
  • (A)料理酒 : 大さじ2
  • (A)ポン酢 : 大さじ1

    新玉ねぎを水洗いし、皮を剥いて、両端を切り落とし、16等分のくし切りにする。
    生姜の皮を剥いて、細切りにする。

    ボウルに(A)を入れてよく混ぜる。

    フライパンを弱火で熱し、ごま油をひいて、生姜、輪切り唐辛子を入れて炒める。
    香りが出てきたら、新玉ねぎを並べて入れ、軽く焼き目がつくまで両面焼く。

    火を止めて冷ます。
