I love cooking and eating! I'm Tosshi, the poster.
I have 6 years of experience in Chinese cuisine and 5 years in an izakaya. I'm a single, type A, man living alone in his 40s with some cooking experience, having worked at yakitori skewers, teppanyaki, okonomiyaki food stalls, steak restaurants, etc.

This program has a food theme and features recipe videos to help with everyday home cooking.
I would like to work on easy, economical recipes, authentic recipes, recipes for dieting, diabetes, lifestyle-related diseases, vegetable recipes to boost the immune system, and also on themes of food education and the outdoors, regardless of genre.
I will also occasionally update videos about my hobby of fishing (eating the fish I catch).

The word ``food'' means that people become better, which is what ``food'' is all about.
