Ingredients
- shrimp : 150g
- はんぺん : 1枚(110g)
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- パン粉 : 適量
- 揚げ油 : 適量
- (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ2
- (A)ケチャップ : 大さじ1
- (A)牛乳 : 大さじ1/2
- (A)はちみつ : 大さじ1/2
- (B) Potato starch : 大さじ1
- (B) Soy sauce : 小さじ1/2
- (B) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
- (B) Salt and pepper : 適量

Add (A) to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Prepare the onions

Finely chop the onion and transfer to a bowl, loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute at 600W.
Spread it along the side of a bowl and let it cool. -

エビの殻を剥いて背ワタを取り除き、別のボウルに移す。
片栗粉小さじ2(分量外)と塩小さじ1/2(分量外)を加えてよく揉み込む。
馴染んだら水大さじ1~2(分量外)を加えて揉み込み、水洗いする。
キッチンペーパーに挟んで、水気をよく拭き取る。
細かく刻む。 -

Point
・The amount shown is for 4 pieces.
- Shrimp with shells are used in the video, but you can use peeled shrimp or frozen shrimp instead.
- Replacing soy sauce with granulated consommé will give it a Western flavor.
・Honey can be substituted with sugar.
You can add black pepper to the sauce if you like.
- A good indicator of 170 degree frying oil is when fine bubbles appear from the tip of a chopstick.
