Ingredients

  • Chinese chives : 50g
  • もやし : 200g
  • 豚ひき肉 200g : 200g
  • 唐辛子 : 1本
  • (A) Grated garlic (tube) : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Grated ginger (tube) : 小さじ1/2
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1/2
  • 砂糖 : 小さじ1
  • (B) Mirin : 大さじ1
  • (B) Alcohol : 大さじ1
  • (C) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1/2
  • (C) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1/2
  • (C) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
  • 塩胡椒 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the ingredients 02:12

    Wash the bean sprouts (not included in the recipe).
    Wipe off excess moisture thoroughly with kitchen paper and drain.
    Cut off the roots of the chives and cut them into 4cm pieces.
    Remove the seeds from the chilli and chop roughly.

    Add salad oil to a frying pan.
    Heat the frying pan over medium heat, spread the salad oil, and heat for about 30 seconds.
    Add the ground pork and then add (A) on top.
    Press down with a spatula while mixing the ground pork and (A) and fry.
    Press the ground pork into a single lump and cook it as a lump.
    Once browned, flip them over in chunks without breaking them apart.
    Use kitchen paper to wipe off excess oil from the frying pan.
    Add sugar and stir fry while stirring.
    Add (B) and stir fry for 30 seconds.
    Add (C) and stir fry for about 1 minute.

  3. 3) Add vegetables 05:53

    Add 1 to 2 and season with salt and pepper.
    Turn the heat to high and stir fry quickly.
    When the bean sprouts are about 80% cooked, remove from heat.

Point

・The ingredients are enough for 2-3 people.
・Pork belly can also be used in place of ground pork.
- Since grated garlic and grated ginger from a tube tend to splash oil, it is best to add them to the frying pan after the ground pork.
If you are using chopped fresh garlic and ginger, add salad oil to a frying pan and fry them first to bring out the aroma, then add the ground pork.
- If you fry the ground pork until it forms chunks, the dish will be more satisfying to eat.
- After adding the vegetables from step 3, stir fry quickly over high heat.
