- (A)コーン : 適量
- (A)めんつゆ : 小さじ1
- (A)水 : 小さじ2
- 油 : 少々

卵液を作る

器に(A)を入れてよく混ぜ合わせる。

焼く

卵焼き用フライパンに油を入れ、キッチンペーパーで全体に伸ばす。
1を半量入れて全体に広げ、周囲を菜箸で軽く剥がす。
卵が軽く固まったら巻いて端に寄せ、油を伸ばしたキッチンペーパーで軽く油を塗る。
1の残りを入れて全体に広げ、巻いた卵の下にも広げる。
卵を巻き、火が通ったら完成。
Point
・コーンの為に卵が混ざりにくいので、よく混ぜる。
・油を伸ばす際、底だけでなく側面にも塗るとよい。
・工程2にて、コーンが1か所に固まっている場合は、全体に広げる。
・お好みでマヨネーズや醤油をつけて食べてもよい。
