Ingredients

- 牛乳 : 130g

Cut the top of the onion with kitchen scissors.
Cut off the root part with a knife.
Wrap the whole onion in aluminum foil.
Do the same for the remaining 3 pieces. -

Cut off the top of the onion with kitchen shears.
Remove the insides of the onion with a spoon.
Place the removed contents and the onion juice remaining on the foil in a bowl.

Point
・If the onions are large, use the recipe for 2.
・If you want to crush the onions finely, you can use a blender to crush them.
・Adjust the seasonings other than salt and pepper using your favorite seasonings.
