耐熱ボウルにチョコレートを細かく割り入れ、牛乳を加える。
500wの電子レンジで2分加熱し、解け残りがないよう泡だて器でよく混ぜる。
ムラなく混ざったらホットケーキミックスを加え、ゴムベラで粉気が無くなるまでよく混ぜる。
表面を整えたら軽くラップをし、500wの電子レンジで3分加熱したら完成。
・直径15㎝の耐熱ボウルを使用している。
・生地を混ぜる耐熱ボウルでそのまま加熱するので、洗い物が少なくて済む。
・牛乳は生クリームで代用可能。
・焼き上がりの目安は、竹串を刺して生地がついてこなければよい。
