  • ニラ : 1/2束
  • 卵 : 2個
  • 木綿豆腐 : 1/2丁
  • (A) Salt and pepper : 少々
  • マヨネーズ : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Umami seasoning : 6振り
  • ごま油 : Small quantity
  • Grated daikon radish : 適量
  • ポン酢 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 材料の下準備をする 01:55

    木綿豆腐を短冊状に切り、キッチンペーパーで包んで水切りをする。
    ニラをざく切りにする。
    器に卵を割り入れ、マヨネーズを加えて混ぜて溶きほぐす。

  2. 2) 炒める 03:50

    フライパンを強火にかけ、ごま油を塗る。
    木綿豆腐を並べて入れて中火にして焼き、全面に焼き色をつける。
    ごま油ひとまわし(分量外)、ニラ、(A)を加えて軽く炒める。
    卵液を加えて、軽く混ぜたら触らずに加熱する。
    焼き色がついたら裏返す。
    焼き色がついたら再度裏返して火からおろす。

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 07:48

    お皿に盛り付け、大根おろしを乗せる。
    ポン酢をかけたら完成。
