空気を抜いて口を閉じ、バットの上に置いて冷凍庫で2時間冷やす。

軽く固まったら、袋の外から揉み全体を軟らかくする。
再度広げてバットに置き、冷凍庫で30分~1時間冷やしたら完成。
Point
