- Minced pork : 120g
- 絹豆腐 : 1丁(300g)
- 長ネギ : 15cm
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1と小さじ1
- (A)めんつゆ : 大さじ1と小さじ1
- (A)オイスターソース : 大さじ1と小さじ1
- (A)生姜チューブ : 2cm
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 適量
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- ラー油 : 適量
- (B) Water : 2 teaspoons
- (B)片栗粉 : 小さじ2

Mix ground pork and (A) in a heat-resistant bowl.
Crumble the silken tofu into large pieces and place on top.
Cover with plastic wrap. -

Add (B) to a container and mix.
Chop the green onions into small pieces with scissors and place in a heat-resistant bowl.
Add (B) while mixing.
Microwave for 1 minute at 600W without covering with plastic wrap. -
