- (A) Shio-Koji : 大さじ2
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Lemon juice : 小さじ1
- (A) Black pepper : 適量
- (A) Garlic powder : 6振り
- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- Salad oil : 適量
- lemon : Appropriate amount
- 黒胡椒 : 適量

Marinate the chicken breasts

Trim the skin of the chicken breasts.
Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and slice against the grain into thin strips.
Transfer to a bowl, add (A) and mix well with your hands. Leave for 30 minutes. -

温まったら、鶏むね肉を1枚ずつ並べて焼く。
焼き色がついたら裏返す。
両面軽く焼けたものからお皿に取り出す。 -

レモンを添え、黒胡椒を振りかけたら完成。
