Ingredients
- Apple : 1 piece
- Apple juice : 100ml
- lemon juice : Appropriate amount
- Granulated sugar : 20g
- gelatin : 5g
- water : 200ml

Dissolve gelatin in 50cc of hot water. Mix apple juice and gelatin well.

Point
・ A recipe for apple jelly in the shape of a fashionable rose.
・ If you cut the apple core too deeply, it will be difficult to make it in the shape of a rose, so cut off the last minute part.
・ When removing heated apples from the microwave, be careful not to get burned by steam and remove the wrap.
・ If the apple is too thin or too thick, it is difficult to roll it, so cut it into thin slices of around 2 mm.
