Ingredients

  • Fusilli : 60g
  • ベーコン : 5切れ
  • 新玉ねぎ : 1/4個
  • マッシュルーム : 2個
  • にんにく : 1/2個
  • トマトソース : 80g
  • パルミジャーノチーズ : 適量
  • イタリアンパセリ : 適量
  • パプリカのオイル漬け : 大さじ1
  • オリーブオイル : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Boil the Fusilli 03:20

    Add salt to boiling water to make the salt concentration 1.5%.
    Add the fusilli and bring to a boil.

  2. 2) ベーコンを焼く 04:51

    Heat a frying pan and add the bacon and cook over low heat.

    にんにくをスライスに切る。
    玉ねぎをスライスに切る。
    マッシュルームをスライスに切る。

  4. 4) ソースを作る 08:00

    2のベーコンの脂が出てきたら、にんにくを加える。
    にんにくの香りが出てきたら、玉ねぎ、マッシュルームを加える。
    フライパンの底に付いた焦げをこそげ落としながら炒める。
    トマトソースを加える。
    パプリカのオイル漬けを加える。
    2分ほど弱火で煮る。

  5. 5) 絡める 10:55

    Add the boiled fusilli to step 4 and mix well.
    If the mixture becomes too thick, add more boiling water to adjust the consistency.
    Turn off the heat and drizzle with olive oil.

  6. 6) 盛り付ける 11:33

    お皿に盛り付け、イタリアンパセリ、パルミジャーノチーズを振りかけて完成。

Point

- Cook the bacon without oil over low heat to bring out the bacon fat.
If you want to add sweetness, you can add ketchup.
-Bacon can be substituted with sausage or ham.
If there isn't enough bacon fat, you can add more olive oil while frying.
