Ingredients

  • Onions (chopped) : 1 piece
  • Ginger (chopped) : 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (chopped) : 2 pieces
  • tomato : 300g
  • Cumin seed : 1 tsp
  • turmeric : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala : 2 tablespoons
  • sugar : 1 tsp
  • Chicken thigh : 300g
  • Yogurt : 6 tbsp
  • Coriander : Appropriate amount
  • Olive oil : 3 tbsp
  • salt : 1 tsp

Procedure

  1. 1) Fry chicken 00:09

    Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan, fry until the chicken is white and remove.
