- cabbage : Approximately 1/4 piece (120g)
- (A) Pizza cheese : 50g
- (A) Potato starch : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Salt : Two knobs
- (A) Black pepper : Appropriate amount
- Sesame oil : 2 tsp
- Mentsuyu (three times concentrated) : Appropriate amount
- Black pepper : Appropriate amount
Make the dough
Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
Put in a bowl, add (A) and mix the whole.
Heat a frying pan and add sesame oil.
When the frying pan is warm, add the dough and bake while pressing with a spatula.
When it gets browned, use a spatula to remove the dough from the frying pan and turn it over.
While pressing with a spatula, bake one side as well.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper and sprinkle with mentsuyu.
・ Since the cabbage is heated, there is no problem even if it is thickly shredded.
・ When making the dough, mix the potato starch evenly throughout.
・ By adding potato starch to the dough, it has a binder effect.
・ When turning the dough over, it is recommended to use a lid.
・ The amount of mentsuyu can be increased or decreased as you like.
