Ingredients

  • パスタ : 100g
  • しめじ : 50g
  • 舞茸 : 50g
  • ベーコン : 4枚
  • にんにく : 1片
  • 小ねぎ : 1本
  • オリーブオイル : 大さじ2
  • (A) Water : 350ml
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Japanese-style granulated soup stock : 小さじ1/2
  • (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (B) Salted butter : 5g
  • (B) Salt : A pinch

Procedure

  1. 1) Cutting the material 02:14

    Cut off the root of the onion and chop into small pieces.
    Cut off the stems of the shimeji and maitake mushrooms and loosen them with your hands.
    Remove the garlic sprouts and chop finely.
    Cut the bacon into 1cm pieces and crumble.

    フライパンにオリーブオイルとにんにくを入れ、フライパンを傾けて中火にかける。
    沸々して香りが出てきたら、ベーコンを加えて炒める。
    しめじ、舞茸、塩ひとつまみ(分量外)を加えて1分強炒める。
    きのこ類に軽く焼き色がついたら(A)を加えて加熱する。
    沸騰したらパスタを広げて加え、全体が浸かるように動かしながら、袋の表示時間加熱する。
    水分が飛んだら(B)を加えて30秒~1分加熱して絡めたら火を止める。

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 06:47

    お皿に盛り付け、小ねぎをトッピングしたら完成。

Point

You can use any mushrooms you like.
I use thin slices of bacon, but you can use thick slices if you prefer.
・Pasta used is 1.6mm in diameter.
- You can use any pasta you like, but make sure it has a smooth surface.
・You can top it with shiso leaves if you like.
- If the water runs out while you are boiling the pasta for the time indicated on the packet, add more as needed.
